This is a video of a front hand spring front tuck. It is not very good so their are many areas I can make corrections for this. Let us start with the front handspring. My form is not very good, and I need to snap my legs together closer to the top to get more power. My front tuck is pretty good except that I need to ride my set more to make it higher.

This is my round off back handspring back tuck. It has lots of power, but very little form. Let us start with the beginning of this skill , the round off. In my round off I need to reach out farther. I need to make sure I straighter my legs when I am upside down as well. I need to bring my feet under me farther and faster as well, setting me up for my back handspring. For the back hand spring I need to straighten my legs, point my toes, and straighten my arms.I need to stretch it out, reaching back farther. For my tuck I need to work on form, but mostly I need to spot. Because I am not spotting I am throwing my head back a little. This is a skill that is learned in level six I believe and it is helpful for every gymnast to know how to do.

This video will talk about techniques for twisting. This is very important so pay close attention.
